With the new series of utensils, STAUB completes its range of cookware. The design is ergonomic and functional and at the same time beautiful, making the utensils a harmonious match for other STAUB products in the kitchen and on the table. The skimming ladle is the perfect tool for lifting dumplings or vegetables from a pot, removing boiled eggs from water or getting chips out of a fryer. The holes let all liquid drop back into the pot or pan. It is also well-suited to skim off fat from a broth or soup – which works even better when the broth has cooled and the fat has congealed. This is an easy way to make your home-made stock more healthy and delicious. The handle is made from acacia wood and long enough to protect from hot liquid, while the main part of the skimming ladle is made from black matte silicone. This high-quality material is suitable for all surfaces, including non-stick finishes, and is extremely durable and heat resistant up to 220°C.
