What happens after I place an order?

	Day 0: Order confirmation email is sent within minutes.
	Day 0-1: Your order is being prepared to be shipped.
	Day 0-2: Your package is on its way and you receive an email with a tracking link.
	Day 3-5: You receive your order. (95% of our packages arrive by Day 3)
	Day 7-14: Help us improve - Tell us what we can do better.

*Order placed on Friday after 12:00 will be shipped on Monday

Packages to Germany are shipped with DHL

Packages to United Kingdom are shipped with GLS

Packages to other countries are shipped with UPS. Please note that your package may be delivered to a neighboring residence in the case that you are not available.

How do I return my item(s)?

	Fill out the easy return form included in your package.
	Schedule a pick-up with UPS and your return is on its way.*
	After your return arrives we will issue a refund to your account within 2 working days.
	You receive a refund receipt email.
	Money is in your account within 2-7 days.**

*It may take up to 10 working days for us to receive your return.
**The time it takes for your refund to appear in your bank statement is influenced by your payment issuer and is out of our control.
**Over 90% of our customers will see their refund within 2-7 days.
