You sent me the wrong item/size, what should I do?

We're sorry if you have received the wrong item or size!

If you received the wrong item, please return this to us so we can refund you. Please follow the steps below:

1. Please send an email to customerservice_eu@booztlet.com or use the contact form below. Include a picture of the product label and the handling time will be shortened.
2. We will get back to you with more information and help you with a new order.
3. Remember to register your return online on your My Booztlet account. Enter the reason for return "I received the wrong item/size" and return the item as usual.
