How do I make a return?

1. To register your return, log in here with your order number and email address.
2. Carefully pack the items in the reusable Booztlet parcel or in another similar package. All returned items must be in the original packaging and unused condition.
3. Attach the correct return label, provided for your order, to the return parcel. Make sure to attach the return label on top of the existing label on your parcel.
4. Hand in the return parcel to the distributor indicated on the return label.*
5. Save the return receipt you receive from the distributor until you have received your refund. Our normal return process time is 16-20 days. Please note! A return handling fee of 7.99 € will be deducted per order (For returns from France the return handling fee is 11,99 €.)
*If you use an alternative distributor to make your return, you are responsible for the return until it reaches our warehouse. 


How to return with DHL:
Follow the return instructions above and hand in the parcel at the closest DHL Service Point or via a local partner listed here. You should not pay anything when you leave the return parcel to the distributor, we only charge the return fee at our warehouse.

Please note that in case of a full return, only the amount for the standard delivery fee will be refunded. The difference for the additional fee for extra services such as home delivery will be kept as it is non-refundable.
