We are sorry to hear that you have experienced a faulty product.
To be able to process your complaint we recommend that you use our new digital registration. This will shorten the handling and ensure a quick response.
To register a claim, log in here with your order number and email address, and go to “My orders”.

Please note, we are still working on making the function available via the Booztlet APP. So please use a computer when reporting a claim for now.
In order for us to quickly assess the defect we recommend you to report the claim following the steps below so we can help you:
1. What date you discovered the error.
2. Describe the defect as detailed as possible and how it appeared (the cause). Please also add how the item has been washed/dried.
3. Take one picture that clearly shows the item in its entirety and one of the defect itself. If the claim concerns shoes, we will also need a picture of the soles.
Once we have received your pictures and description we will process your claim as quickly as possible. A free prepaid return label will be provided in case we need the item back.
Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Purchase Act. This means that you can either get a faulty item repaired, replaced, refunded or a price reduction depending on the situation. It is required that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not the result of incorrect use of the product.
You have the right to try to the claim within 2 years from the day you received the item and within a "reasonable time" upon discovering it. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible and no later than two 2 months after the defect is discovered. We recommend to stop using the item while the case is undergoing.
