I just received a faulty item, what should I do?

We're sorry that you received a faulty item!

If you received a faulty item, you can return it to us by marking the reason "the product was faulty" on the online return registration and we will ensure to refund you accordingly.

In case the defect is minor, you can report a claim to our customer service which will look into a reasonable compensation. This way you can keep the product and we can extend the lifetime of the item which is a more environmentally friendly solution.
