What do we do with our claims?

At Boozt Fashion claims are always handled with the aim to reduce the inconvenience for the customer and the impact on the environment.

First and foremost, we will assess if the item can be repaired and offer a reasonable compensation, so the customer can take the item to a repair shop. This way we can extend the lifetime of the item which reduces the environmental impact significantly and the item doesn't have to be recycled. If the item is not repairable, we can in those cases instruct the customer to recycle the item in the best possible way to avoid shipping it back.

In the cases where a faulty item must be returned to us, it is either resold in our physical outlet store or sent back to the brand. Information about the various defects is shared with the brands which enables them to reduce the number of defects in future production.

We always recommend contacting our customer service first if experiencing a production defect. Many cases can be resolved without the need of a return which is always a more convenient and environmentally friendly solution.
