Does the use of a voucher have any impact on my right to return?

If you use a voucher on your order the discount will be evenly spread on all your products and the amount that will be refunded if you make a return will be according to this. If you make a partial return the value of the discount will not be applied to the remaining products (from the returned item). If you return the whole order we will not reissue the voucher.
