The Ishi coffee table is designed with inspiration from Japanese design philosophy, with its form crafted with the idea of pebbles, which, with smooth and organic forms, shaped by the lapping of waves and glaciers, are found along riverbanks and coastlines. The name "Ishi" means pebble in Japanese.
The coffee table is designed with three legs, each with its own unique and harmonious shape. These sculptural legs create visual interest and transform the coffee table into a functional 'artwork' in the decor. The round and soft shape of the tabletop brings the design together and invites communal gathering around the table.
Beneath the tabletop, there is a blackpainted metal shelf, providing valuable storage space.
The Ishi coffee table is made of oak, where the wood's texture is highlighted before being finished with a dark smoked oil, making the coffee table resistant to dirt and thus easier to clean.
The coffee table is delivered flat-packed and is easy to assemble.
Max weight on the table: 50 kg
